Arlene Tauber, President
Arlene Tauber possesses more than a quarter century of experience in the real estate profession, as a real estate owner, investor, and lender. Her experience, which includes work in real estate investment and finance as well as commercial lending, construction, business development and conventional residential lending, has given her a diverse ability to assess projects from all angles. Arlene brings this insight and analysis to every project, helping determine what is in the best interests of the borrower. The end result? Successful projects and satisfied borrowers, every time. Arlene is also active in the community, participating in youth programs as well as organizations for senior citizens.

Joe Adsit, Senior Account Executive
Joe Adsit joined Allison Mortgage in September of 1996. Joe is experienced in both commercial and residential mortgages, and has adhered to a personal mission to maintain complete client satisfaction and build life-long client relationships. Joe accomplishes this with close attention to all details of the loan process, from beginning to end, and he considers this the most rewarding part of his career. This hands-on approach gives him a keen ability to analyze deals to make sure they are profitable and secure for all parties involved. Joe's experience and knowledge has enabled him to help teach brokers how to do commercial loans, and he has been a guest speaker at networking conferences to promote understanding of mortgages. Joe will always answer calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner during the day, night, weekend, or even on vacation. It's a commitment that has served him well over the years with his clients. In addition, Joe has served as treasurer of his HOA in Alpharetta over the last three years, and volunteers with lake cleanup to help keep our shorelines clean.

Merri Terrill Adsit, Senior Account Executive
Merri Terrill Adsit has worked with Allison Mortgage Company for two decades, and has served in the mortgage industry since 1985. Her work has kept her involved in all aspects of residential and commercial lending, from processing and underwriting to origination and servicing. This experience has given her an ability to find the redeeming qualities in any project, and her strength has always been discovering the creative ways to make a deal happen. It is this experience and capability that she brings so enthusiastically to her clients.

Henrietta Brilliant, Senior Loan Servicing Manager
Henrietta has been with Allison Mortgage since 1989. She handles client payment coupons, payoffs and verifications. She assists all clients with general account questions and assistance after the loan closes. Henrietta is a native Atlantan.

Sheila Levy, Loan Specialist
Sheila began in the Banking and Finance Industry in 1991 and started in the real estate finance division when she came to Allison Mortgage in 1996. Educated with the knowledge of what it takes to successfully complete a lending file, Sheila is an exceptional processor and originator of conventional and commercial loans. Her experience allows her to thoroughly assist a borrower with their loan request from inception to close as she has worked closely with all aspects of the loan, such as processing, underwriting and loan analysis. Sheila is from Florida and has resided in Atlanta since 1994. Having two small children, Sheila keeps active in the community with many volunteer hours at her children's school.

Rayner W. Pennie, Senior Account Executive
Since 1997 Rayner has combined an energetic spirit, a vast knowledge, and a genuine love for helping others to ensure that his clients meet or exceed their Commercial Mortgage Loan goals. His hard work and attention to detail during the entire Commercial Mortgage lending process makes him a valuable asset to his company as well as his many clients. Rayner manages an extensive broker network as well as handles the needs of the new or experienced Real Estate investor, finding a way to make their dreams become a reality. Rayner entered the Banking and Finance industry in the spring of 1986, working in all facets of lending and asset management. He has held various supervisory and management positions with ITT CFC, Commercial Credit, First Union Bank, Bank of America, Fleet Finance and Parkway Mortgage prior to joining the Allison Mortgage team. Over the years Rayner has garnered numerous monthly "Top Producer Awards", "Employee of the Month", and "Annual Top Producer Awards". Rayner is committed to giving back to the community and teaches home buying seminars for local civic and church groups. He has also appeared on WSB Television and Kiss 104.1 Radio to help educate those seeking help in the Real Estate Mortgage process. Rayner resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and three sons. He spends his free time enjoying his family, and dedicates his time to coach soccer for the YMCA, basketball for the New Birth Basketball league and is serving as an active member of Green Forest /McCalep Academy PTO. Rayner also serves as a Deacon and mentor in his local church.

Deb Pilcher, Legal Assistant Specializing in Real Estate
Deb Pilcher has been with Allison Mortgage for the past thirteen years. She has more than twenty-three years of experience in the real estate industry, having served with real estate law firms and title insurance companies prior to joining Allison Mortgage. Deb brings knowledge of both commercial and residential lending requirements to Allison Mortgage. She manages in-house preparations for all mortgage loan packages and assists the attorneys so as to insure a smooth closing process for every client. Deb is active in her community, where she heads up an outreach ministry dedicated to providing food and clothing to impoverished areas of the Appalachians.
